HP – World on Wheels (WoW)

HP's World on Wheels (WoW) digital buses are a groundbreaking solution to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural communities. We have been closely associated with HP since 2015, working alongside their CSR teams to make digital education accessible in rural areas. Equipped with cutting-edge technology to reduce emissions and enhance energy efficiency, each bus is powered by solar panels and battery packs, providing sustainable energy for daily operations.

CLAP – Bringing Education to Rural India on Wheels

The HP CLAP (Community Learning Access Program) is a pioneering initiative aimed at bridging the digital divide in rural India. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when access to education was severely limited, Metaltech designed compact, mobile vehicles to serve as traveling computer labs. Each vehicle is equipped with 120 laptops that charge while in transit and, upon arrival, provide internet connectivity to underserved communities. With the ability to navigate narrow rural roads and serve up to 240 students daily, CLAP vehicles made education accessible in even the most remote areas, revolutionizing digital learning for thousands.

Coca-Cola – Mobile Dispensing Solution

Coca-Cola India collaborated with us to create a one-of-a-kind mobile Coke dispensing truck, designed to resemble a Coke can on wheels. This custom vehicle functions as a mini Coca-Cola plant, featuring a solar-powered rooftop, an integrated water purification system, and an in-built carbonator. It has the capability to source water from anywhere, purify it to drinkable quality, and then transform it into Coca-Cola. This innovative solution proved to be a hit across rural India, engaging consumers on the move and increasing brand visibility. We can develop similar customized solutions for any beverage brand, delivering unique experiences directly to consumers.

Safexpress – Enhancing Logistics Efficiency with Ready-to-Use Vehicles

Safexpress, a prominent logistics company, encountered significant delays in getting their trucks fully operational due to the long wait for custom containers—sometimes stretching up to 2-3 months. Metaltech developed a solution by designing and fabricating containers to meet Safexpress’s specific requirements. By providing ready-to-use vehicles where trucks and containers were merged before deployment, Metaltech reduced the typical waiting period by over a month. This streamlined process allowed Safexpress to accelerate deliveries and optimize their operations, ultimately reducing overhead costs and improving logistical efficiency.
