DG Set is to be started at the time of Power Cut.
First Aid medicines to be made available at all times.
Routine venders/utility bills for payment under Admin Department are as under:-
MIDC Electricity Bill of both the Plants.
MIDC Water/sewage bill.
Ayush Tea Stalls who supply material for Tea on daily basis.
Internet Bill from Yes net Internet.
Diesel/Petrol from Maitreya Petroleum fuels.
Monitor and ensure the timely receiving of rent from the Comfort trim Pvt. Ltd..
Firefighting system should be made functional at all the times
Contractors settlement up to the billing
Daily electricity Meter reading record is to be maintained through Maintenance In charge.
Event management. Like Havan, Puja, party etc.
Travel/Guest management.
Civil work/Building maintenance as and when required.
